1. Ensure timely submission of monthly training reports within the region.
2. Consolidate and compile market reports for submission to the Regional Education Director.
3. Identify areas of improvement and challenges from different markets.
4. Coordinate preparation for social media education programs.
5. Support and partner in training initiatives for Instagram and other online platforms.
6. Assist in monitoring engagement and compiling feedback on social media training effectiveness.
7. Manage training logistics for classroom training and education events.
8. Support full training set-up, including materials, tools, and digital platforms.
9. Plan and propose interactive training activities for virtual sessions.
10. Compile and summarize training outcomes after each training session.
11. Assist in creating training decks, handouts, and evaluation forms.
12. Help maintain the training calendar and track participation.
13. Manage product testers, samples, and training tools.
14. Support research on beauty trends, competitor activities, and best practices in training.
15. Liaise with Marketing, Retail, and HR teams to align training projects.
16. Participate in regional calls/meetings to observe global and regional team collaboration.

1. Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
2. Able to commit to a full-time internship from January 26 to June 26.
3. Passionate about beauty and cosmetics.

1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
3. Knowledge of Canva or video editing is a plus.
4. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those at the start of their career journey.

Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
