1. Ensure timely submission of monthly training reports within the region.
2. Consolidate and submit reports to the Regional Education Director.
3. Identify areas of improvement and challenges from the market.
4. Coordinate training preparation for social media programs.
5. Collaborate on social media training for platforms such as Instagram.
6. Manage logistics for classroom training and educational events.
7. Participate in all training setups.
8. Plan and propose interactive activities for virtual training sessions.
9. Compile training outcomes after each session.

1. Ability to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship from July 25 to December 25.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Motivated with effective time management.
3. Proficient multitasking with planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
4. Adaptability and flexibility to changing environments and business needs.
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
6. Fluency in spoken and written English.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a focus on learning and development.
