- Strategically plan and drive sales across three retailer websites to achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with National Accounts and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of in-store and online strategies.
- Develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies for key product categories.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, creating detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Forecast and monitor retail performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Organize strategy meetings to set vision and objectives for accounts.
- Plan promotional kits and secure bespoke product portfolios with the Marketing team.
- Analyze performance of promotional kits for future planning.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing and product details across accounts.
- Liaise with Operations to maintain sufficient stock levels.
- Develop content plans to support retailer sites and channels.
- Optimize merchandising of Benefit products across accounts.
- Conduct site audits to ensure brand alignment and accuracy.
- Organize meetings to foster account relationships.
- Drive reporting and analysis of all e-tail activities.
- Manage and develop direct reports.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a results-driven e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious online targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the e-tail landscape.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of the beauty and/or fashion industry.
