1. Plan and execute promotional activities on a yearly, monthly, and weekly basis to achieve sales KPIs.
2. Maintain robust relationships and effective communication with online retail partners.
3. Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, stock monitoring, OMS promotion setup, and content updates.
4. Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, sales recognition, and customer service.
5. Prepare weekly sales reports and conduct ad-hoc performance reviews.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce sales or operations.
2. Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is preferred.
3. Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Department Store Online (LotteOn, SSG, Hmall), Olive Young Online, Chicor, Naver Shopping, and Kakao Gift.
4. Experience in live commerce planning or operation is preferred.
5. Proven communication skills with e-commerce MDs or retail partners.
6. Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is preferred.
