1. Manage the Media CoAd brief with Sephora across 13 European markets in coordination with local and regional teams.
2. Evaluate media plans to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and budget optimization.
3. Analyze performance reports and provide improvement recommendations.
4. Ensure adherence to Benefit guidelines across all media activations.
5. Oversee Search campaigns and validate plans and performance with the agency Labelium.
6. Develop monthly Social Media roadmap recommendations, including content, priorities, and budgets for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
7. Support countries with new formats and optimize activations.
8. Coordinate local and regional influencer campaigns, including briefing, implementation, and performance analysis.
9. Lead 360° digital projects in collaboration with marketing, e-retail, and communication teams.
10. Participate in developing innovative projects to enhance brand visibility and desirability.
11. Define 360° activation plans for major launches and KCPs.
12. Propose always-on and tactical initiatives to boost performance and engagement.
13. Conduct monthly reporting on Paid Social and influencer campaigns across all countries.
14. Identify best practices and optimization opportunities.
15. Monitor and analyze the performance of paid influencer partnerships.
16. Share relevant insights to inform local and regional strategies.
17. Conduct competitive intelligence and monitor Social Media & Influence trends.
18. Benchmark special operations and identify innovation levers.
19. Participate in internal and external events such as Digital Summits and Brand Shows.
20. Supervise and monitor the Benefit Europe content site in collaboration with global and local teams.
21. Ensure regular updates of content, including articles, visual assets, product pages, and landing pages.
22. Track site performance (traffic, engagement, SEO) and identify improvement opportunities.
23. Oversee the dispatch of Newsletters and CRM plans to ensure a seamless digital experience.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or equivalent.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative and flexible in an international environment.
6. Fluent in English for daily interactions with European markets.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in media, digital marketing, or digital project management, ideally within the beauty or luxury sector (media agency or advertiser).

Advanced degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or equivalent.
