- Manage the Media CoAd brief with Sephora across 13 European markets in coordination with local and regional teams.
- Evaluate media plans to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and budget optimization.
- Analyze performance reports and provide improvement recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to Benefit guidelines across all media activations.
- Oversee Search campaigns and validate plans and performance with the agency Labelium.
- Develop monthly Social Media roadmap recommendations, including content, priorities, and budgets for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Support countries with new formats and optimize activations.
- Coordinate local and regional influencer campaigns, including briefing, implementation, and performance analysis.
- Lead 360° digital projects in collaboration with marketing, e-retail, and communication teams.
- Participate in developing innovative projects to enhance brand visibility and desirability.
- Define 360° activation plans for major launches and KCPs.
- Propose always-on and tactical initiatives to boost performance and engagement.
- Conduct monthly reporting on Paid Social and influencer campaigns across all countries.
- Identify best practices and optimization opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of paid influencer partnerships.
- Share relevant insights to inform local and regional strategies.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and monitor Social Media & Influence trends.
- Benchmark special operations and identify innovation levers.
- Participate in internal and external events such as Digital Summits and Brand Shows.
- Supervise and monitor the Benefit Europe content site in collaboration with global and local teams.
- Ensure regular updates of content, including articles, visual assets, product pages, and landing pages.
- Track site performance (traffic, engagement, SEO) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Oversee the dispatch of Newsletters and CRM plans to ensure a seamless digital experience.
- Advanced degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or equivalent.
- Proactive, creative, and results-oriented.
- Strong social media and influencer culture, with a keen eye for new trends.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and rigor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative and flexible in an international environment.
- Fluent in English for daily interactions with European markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in media, digital marketing, or digital project management, ideally within the beauty or luxury sector (media agency or advertiser).
Advanced degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or equivalent.
