1. Participate in the Marketing & Digital team activities in the Netherlands.
2. Support social media and PR activities.
3. Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and new launches.
4. Support marketing activations and events.
5. Co-organize periodic sales meetings.
6. Perform various DTP tasks and create artwork.
7. Translate various PR and product texts.

1. Minimum MBO/HBO level in marketing, communication, design, and/or media.
2. Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
3. Knowledge of French is a plus.

2. Proactive and initiative-taking.
3. Creative and out-of-the-box thinker.
4. Social media savvy, familiar with all social media platforms.
5. Ability to film and edit TikToks and stay updated with the latest trends.
6. Passion for beauty and Benefit products.
7. Good command of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and MS Office.

Beginner

Minimum MBO/HBO level in marketing, communication, design, and/or media.
