1. Participate actively in the Marketing & Digital team of Benefit Netherlands.
2. Support the execution of social media and PR activities.
3. Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and new product launches.
4. Contribute to marketing activations and events.
5. Co-organize periodic sales meetings.
6. Perform various DTP tasks and create artwork.
7. Translate diverse PR and product texts.

1. Minimum MBO/HBO level in marketing, communication, design, and/or media.
2. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
3. Knowledge of French is an advantage.

2. Proactive and initiative-driven.
3. Creative and out-of-the-box thinker.
4. Social media savvy, with experience in filming and editing TikToks.
5. Up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
6. Passionate about beauty, especially #benefitbrows.
7. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and MS Office.

Beginner level experience in a related field.

Minimum MBO/HBO level in marketing, communication, design, and/or media.
