1. Develop and enhance brand awareness across all social media platforms in collaboration with the corporate team in Paris.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
3. Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing, focusing on owned social media, paid media, and influencer activities.
4. Create engaging content regularly to promote the brand, products, and services, targeting the Dutch and Belgium markets.
5. Engage with followers and manage community interactions on TikTok and Instagram to grow social audiences and engagement.
6. Manage all social media platforms from content creation to publishing using tools like Buffer.
7. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's DNA to achieve both local and global goals.
8. Manage and coordinate social contests monthly, ensuring legal compliance and partner identification.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with top influencers and niche creators to increase brand awareness.
10. Collaborate with influencers on contests and co-created content to reach new audiences.
11. Conduct regular product and press release sends to social media partners and influencers.
12. Organize and animate influencer events.
13. Identify new potential influencers to expand the influencer database.
14. Schedule media campaigns to promote brand awareness using META and TikTok Business Center.
15. Monitor digital content to ensure alignment with brand and strategic objectives.
16. Provide consistent competitive and market intelligence.
17. Manage the digital budget rigorously.
18. Propose and implement innovative ideas daily.
19. Execute send-outs for each new launch.
20. Create and manage content independently, ensuring attention to detail and organizational skills.
21. Engage directly with social media followers and influencers to foster community and brand loyalty.
22. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective social media and influencer strategies.

1. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Web Marketing.
3. Minimum of 3 years of significant digital experience.
4. Proficient user of social media and digital technologies with knowledge of best practices.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent writing and grammar skills.
6. Proactive with good negotiation skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Adobe Pack, META, TikTok Business Center.
8. Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Public relations experience is a plus.
10. Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Facebook Insights and Google Analytics.
