1. Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
2. Plan and control the annual budget for the purchase and consumption of finished products and point of sale materials.
3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand demand forecast drivers.
4. Analyze and update the product catalog to manage product discontinuation and integration of new features.
5. Download inventory data from the system and communicate with Sell Out Management.
6. Plan replenishment based on sellout performance and weeks of supply, ensuring alignment with Key Account Managers.
7. Maintain updated alerts of the Marketing Plan according to product launches, controlling quantities, prices, and cancellations.
8. Oversee the purchase and planning of collateral and brow bar supplies at points of sale.
9. Analyze and update new product development data, sharing results with General Manager, Brand Director, and Sell Out Managers.
10. Manage local needs for PBI and online booking requirements.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

2. Proficiency in statistics and forecasting methods
3. Organizational skills
4. Advanced Excel skills
5. Knowledge of AX Dynamics or similar demand planning software
6. Ownership
7. Medium to advanced English proficiency

A minimum of three years in demand planning or a related field is required.

The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing flexibility between remote and in-office work.
