Benefit Cosmetics Demand Planning and Supply Coordinator

- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Plan and control the annual budget for the purchase and consumption of finished products and point of sale materials.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Analyze and update the product catalog to manage product discontinuations and integrate new features, determining minimum purchase requirements.
- Download inventory data from the system and communicate information to Sell Out Management.
- Plan replenishment based on sellout performance and weeks of supply, coordinating with Key Account Managers to ensure accuracy and process initiation.
- Maintain updated alerts in the Marketing Plan according to product launches, managing monthly control of quantities, prices, and reference cancellations, and reporting to Marketing Management.
- Oversee the purchase and planning of collateral and brow bar supplies at points of sale to ensure proper operation.
- Analyze and update New Product Development (NPD) data, reporting results to General Manager, Brand Director, and Sell Out Managers.
- Manage local needs for Power BI and online booking requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in demand planning or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in statistics and forecasting methods
- Organizational skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of AX Dynamics or similar demand planning software
- Ownership and accountability
- Medium to advanced English proficiency
A minimum of three years in demand planning or a related field is required, with a proven track record in managing multi-product environments.
