Benefit Cosmetics Content Project Manager

- Define and manage the content strategy across social media and video platforms, utilizing both organic and paid media approaches.
- Assist European markets in developing and expanding their content marketing strategies, adhering to platform-specific editorial strategies aligned with brand identity and audience expectations.
- Act as the internal editor-in-chief for all internal and external content, ensuring compliance with global guidelines.
- Establish the production plan, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of content.
- Lead the creative briefing process with marketing teams, understanding the needs of each market and channel.
- Oversee content production with production agencies, ensuring brand identity, visual execution, messaging, and tone consistency.
- Manage in-house content and ensure alignment with the brand's overall content strategy.
- Conduct daily social and competitive monitoring.
- Analyze content and campaign performance using relevant KPIs (engagement, reach, etc.) and propose improvement actions.
- Select, evaluate, and analyze influencer profiles in alignment with the brand's universe and objectives.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in content marketing.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) in marketing and communication.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the digital ecosystem, influencer marketing, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- ROI-driven approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with agencies, departments, and countries.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Creativity, proactivity, and ability to unite teams.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) in marketing and communication.
