1. Assist the business controller with month-end closing tasks, including monthly reporting to headquarters and reporting of retail/net sales across the SEA region (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines).
2. Consolidate commentaries on topline movements from various countries.
3. Report door-level retail/net sales in databases, ensuring maintenance and accuracy.
4. Report budget/forecast figures in existing databases.
5. Assist in preparing the P&L by country, channel, and door to aid strategic distribution decisions.
6. Collaborate with the controller and sales team to analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
7. Work with local markets to understand and analyze key drivers of growth and risks compared to the previous year and last forecast.
8. Assist in consolidated package reporting for global/regional purposes.
9. Engage in P&L exposure and analyses on business performance, including topline analyses, profitability, stock level analysis, door trend, and sales seasonality.
10. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and P&L simulation as needed.
11. Collaborate with the business controller to automate and simplify finance templates.
12. Automate and simplify existing templates.
13. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
14. Maintain and enhance the currently developed Power-BI tool.

1. Ability to commit to a full-time internship from January 26 to June 26.
2. A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Motivated, detail-oriented, and effective time management skills.
4. Strong multi-tasker with excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
5. Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environments and business needs.

1. Proficiency in MS Office applications, with strong Excel and data analysis/visualization skills.

Beginner level experience suitable for an internship role.
