1. Thoroughly understand Benefit products to provide expert sales advice.
2. Achieve store sales targets.
3. Perform eyebrow and facial waxing services with excellence.
4. Manage inventory at the Brow Bar to ensure consistent product availability.
5. Share and convey enthusiasm for the brand with every customer.
6. Maintain the Brow Bar's appearance in line with marketing guidelines, including layouts and merchandising.
7. Foster positive relationships with team members and store management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

1. Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
2. At least one year of experience in cosmetics or perfume sales; experience in eyebrow waxing is advantageous.
3. Intermediate to high proficiency in English.
4. Immediate and full availability.

1. Strong sales acumen and product knowledge.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in managing inventory and stock levels.
4. Ability to maintain a high standard of customer service.
5. Knowledge of current beauty industry trends.

A minimum of one year in cosmetics or perfume sales, with a preference for experience in eyebrow waxing.

Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.

The position offers 22 natural vacation days annually, plus 4 additional beauty rest days. Health insurance with company contribution is provided after the first contract term. Employees receive a semi-annual product fund and longevity awards.
