1. Thoroughly understand Benefit products to provide expert sales advice.
2. Achieve sales targets for the store.
3. Perform eyebrow and facial waxing services.
4. Expertly manage stock at the Brow Bar to ensure consistent availability.
5. Share and convey passion for the brand with every customer.
6. Maintain the Brow Bar's glamorous appearance in line with marketing team guidelines (layouts, merchandising, POS).
7. Foster excellent relationships with team members and store management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities to remain a beauty enthusiast.

1. Education in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.

1. Intermediate to high proficiency in English.
2. Dynamic and creative personality.
3. Strong initiative and sales acumen.

At least one year of experience in cosmetics or perfume sales; experience with eyebrow waxing is preferred.
