1. Thoroughly understand Benefit products to provide expert sales advice.
2. Achieve sales targets for the store.
3. Perform eyebrow and facial waxing services with excellence.
4. Manage inventory at the Brow Bar to ensure consistent availability of products.
5. Share and communicate the brand's passion with every customer.
6. Maintain the Brow Bar's appearance in line with marketing guidelines, including layouts, merchandising, and point-of-sale displays.
7. Foster excellent relationships with team members and store management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.

1. Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
2. At least one year of experience in cosmetic or perfume sales; experience in eyebrow waxing is a plus.
3. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
4. Immediate and full availability.

3. Proficiency in inventory management.
4. Ability to maintain a high standard of store presentation.
5. Up-to-date knowledge of beauty industry trends.

A minimum of one year of experience in cosmetic or perfume sales, with a preference for experience in eyebrow waxing.

Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
