1. Advise customers on Benefit products to drive sales.
2. Achieve sales targets for the store.
3. Perform eyebrow and facial waxing services.
4. Manage stock levels at the Brow Bar.
5. Share passion for the brand with each customer.
6. Maintain the Brow Bar according to marketing guidelines.
7. Cultivate relationships with team members and store management.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

1. Education in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.

1. Proficiency in English at a medium/high level.
2. Dynamic and creative personality.
3. Strong initiative.

At least one year of experience in cosmetic or perfume sales; experience with eyebrow waxing is preferred.
