1. Achieve and monitor individual sales targets through customer engagement and brow treatments.
2. Perform eyebrow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping.
3. Present and sell Benefit Cosmetics products using the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales approach.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues.
5. Participate in counter events, including new product launches.
6. Communicate stock requirements for treatments and sales.
7. Ensure the counter and displays are clean and hygienic at all times.

1. Proven experience in retail and/or customer contact, preferably in cosmetics.
2. Fluency in Dutch and English.
3. Dynamic, enterprising, and independent individual.

1. Strong passion for cosmetics and brow services.
2. Natural aptitude for sales.
3. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and effectively multi-task.
4. Proactive in engaging customers to drive sales.

Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is required, with a preference for those with cosmetics experience.
