1. Demonstrate and sell a range of beauty products, focusing on achieving individual sales targets.
2. Perform eyebrow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping.
3. Create memorable customer experiences through engaging interactions.
4. Maintain and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues at Douglas.
5. Participate in counter events, including new product launches and parties.
6. Communicate inventory needs for treatments and sales.
7. Ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.

1. Experience in retail and/or customer service, preferably in cosmetics.
2. Passion for cosmetics, particularly eyebrows, and a natural inclination for sales.
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities.
4. Proactive in approaching customers and engaging in 'traffic stopping'.
5. Enthusiastic and fun-loving personality.
