1. Demonstrate and sell Benefit products.
2. Perform brow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping.
3. Achieve and track individual sales goals by engaging with customers.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
5. Participate in counter events, including new product releases and parties.
6. Communicate stock needs for treatments and sales.
7. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.

1. Experience in retail and/or customer service, preferably in cosmetics.
2. Passionate about cosmetics and brows with a strong sales orientation.

1. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
2. Ability to multitask.
3. Proactive in approaching customers and engaging in 'traffic stopping'.
4. Fun-loving and enthusiastic.

Minimum 3 years

Flexible 15-37.5 hour contract, potential for career evolution.
