- Demonstrate and sell Benefit Cosmetics products, focusing on brow treatments such as tinting, waxing, and shaping.
- Achieve and track individual sales targets by engaging with clients and showcasing products according to the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales formula.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Douglas colleagues.
- Participate in counter events, including new product releases and parties.
- Communicate stock needs for treatments and sales.
- Ensure the counter and displays are clean and hygienic at all times.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail and/or customer service experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Passion for cosmetics and brows with a strong sales orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Proactive in engaging with customers and comfortable with ‘traffic stopping’.
- Energetic and fun-loving personality.
A minimum of 3 years in retail or customer service, ideally within the cosmetics industry.
Flexible working hours ranging from 15 to 37.5 hours per week, with potential for career growth within the company.
