1. Demonstrate and sell Benefit Cosmetics products, focusing on achieving individual sales targets.
2. Perform brow treatments, including tinting, waxing, and shaping, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues at Douglas.
4. Participate in counter events, including new product launches and parties.
5. Communicate stock needs for treatments and sales.
6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail and/or customer service, preferably in cosmetics.

1. Passion for cosmetics and brows with a strong sales orientation.
2. Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
3. Proactive approach to customer engagement and traffic stopping.
4. Enthusiastic and fun-loving personality.

A minimum of three years in retail or customer service, with a preference for experience in cosmetics.

Flexible working hours with a 0.6/0.8 FTE arrangement.
