1. Demonstrate and sell Benefit Cosmetics products while performing brow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping.
2. Achieve individual sales targets by engaging with customers and utilizing the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales formula.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues at Douglas.
4. Participate in counter events, including new product launches and parties.
5. Communicate inventory needs for treatments and sales.
6. Ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.

1. Experience in retail and/or customer service, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
2. Passion for cosmetics and brows with a strong sales orientation.
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
4. Proactive and comfortable with customer engagement and traffic stopping.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the cosmetics industry.

Flexible working hours with a 0.6/0.8 FTE schedule.
