1. Demonstrate and sell Benefit Cosmetics products, focusing on achieving individual sales targets.
2. Perform brow treatments, including tinting, waxing, and shaping, ensuring an unforgettable experience for clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues.
4. Participate in counter events, including new product releases and parties.
5. Communicate stock needs for treatments and sales.
6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.

1. Experience in retail and/or customer service, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
2. Passion for cosmetics and brows with a strong sales orientation.
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities.
4. Proactive in approaching customers and engaging in 'traffic stopping' activities.
