1. Achieve and track individual sales targets by engaging with customers, performing brow treatments, and demonstrating Benefit products in alignment with the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales formula.
2. Perform brow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping while ensuring an enjoyable and memorable customer experience.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues at Douglas.
4. Participate in counter events, including new product launches and parties.
5. Communicate stock needs for treatments and sales.
6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays at all times.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail and/or customer service, preferably in cosmetics.

1. Passion for cosmetics, particularly brows, and a natural inclination for sales.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
3. Proactive approach to customer engagement and comfort with 'traffic stopping'.
4. Energetic and fun-loving personality.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail and/or customer service, with a preference for cosmetics experience.
