1. Achieve and monitor individual sales targets through customer engagement and brow treatments.
2. Perform eyebrow treatments, including tinting, waxing, and shaping.
3. Present and sell Benefit products using the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales approach.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
5. Participate in counter events, including new product launches.
6. Communicate stock requirements for treatments and sales.
7. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.

1. Proven experience in retail or customer contact, preferably in cosmetics.
2. Fluency in Dutch and English.
3. Dynamic, enterprising, and independent individual.

1. Strong passion for cosmetics and brow services.
2. Natural aptitude for sales.
3. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and effectively multi-task.
4. Proactive in engaging customers to drive sales.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer contact, with a preference for cosmetics experience.
