1. Achieve and track individual sales targets through customer engagement and product demonstrations, adhering to the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales formula.
2. Perform brow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping while ensuring an enjoyable and memorable client experience.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Douglas colleagues.
4. Participate in counter events, such as new product launches and parties.
5. Communicate stock needs for treatments and sales.
6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.

1. Experience in retail and/or customer service, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
2. Passion for cosmetics, particularly brows, and a natural inclination towards sales.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
4. Proactive and comfortable with approaching customers and engaging in 'traffic stopping'.
5. A fun and lively personality.
