1. Achieve and track individual sales targets through customer engagement and brow treatments.
2. Perform eyebrow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping.
3. Present and sell Benefit products using the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales approach.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues.
5. Participate in counter events, including new product launches.
6. Communicate stock requirements for treatments and sales.
7. Ensure the counter and displays remain clean and hygienic.

1. Proven experience in retail or customer contact, preferably in cosmetics.
2. Fluency in Dutch and English.
3. Dynamic, enterprising, and independent.
4. Proactive in engaging customers to drive sales.

3. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
4. Effective multi-tasking abilities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
