1. Achieve and maintain individual sales targets by engaging with clients, performing brow treatments, and demonstrating Benefit products according to the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales formula.
2. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and colleagues at Douglas.
3. Participate in counter events, including new product launches and parties.
4. Communicate inventory needs for treatments and sales.
5. Ensure the counter and displays are consistently clean and hygienic.

1. Experience in retail and/or customer service, preferably in cosmetics.

1. Passion for cosmetics, particularly brows, with a natural inclination for sales.
2. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities.
3. Proactive and comfortable with approaching customers and 'traffic stopping'.
4. A fun and engaging personality.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
