1. Achieve and maintain individual sales targets by engaging with customers, performing brow treatments, and demonstrating Benefit products in alignment with the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales formula.
2. Perform brow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping, ensuring an unforgettable customer experience.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues.
4. Participate in counter events, including new product launches and parties.
5. Communicate stock needs for treatments and sales.
6. Ensure the counter and displays are consistently clean and hygienic.

1. Experience in retail and/or customer service, preferably within cosmetics.
2. Passion for cosmetics, particularly brows, with a natural inclination for sales.

1. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
2. Proactive in customer engagement and comfortable with 'traffic stopping'.
3. Enthusiastic and fun-loving attitude.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, ideally within the cosmetics industry.
