Benefit Cosmetics Brow & Beauty Expert

1. Perform professional brow treatments including tinting, waxing and shaping to Benefit service standards, maintaining high levels of hygiene and presentation at the counter.
2. Drive individual sales targets through consultative selling, product presentation and aftercare recommendations using the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales methodology.
3. Deliver memorable customer experiences that build loyalty and repeat visitation, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and retail colleagues.
4. Support counter activation and merchandising: participate in launches, in-store events and promotional activities; communicate stock and treatment kit requirements.
5. Maintain impeccable visual standards and sanitisation of the counter, tools and displays at all times.

1. Proven experience in retail or direct customer-facing roles; cosmetics experience preferred.
2. Demonstrable passion for beauty and brow services with a commercial, sales-focused mindset.
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and able to multitask effectively.
4. Proactive, confident in approaching customers (traffic-stopping) and capable of working independently.
5. Fluency in Dutch and English.

Entry-level. Prior retail or customer-contact experience is expected; specific experience in cosmetics and brow services is advantageous but not mandatory.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in beauty, cosmetology or esthetics preferred.
