1. Achieve and track individual sales targets by engaging with customers and performing brow treatments, including tinting, waxing, and shaping.
2. Demonstrate and sell Benefit products using the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales formula.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues.
4. Participate in counter events, including new product launches and parties.
5. Communicate inventory needs for treatments and sales.
6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in cosmetics.

1. Passion for cosmetics and brows with a sales-oriented mindset.
2. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities.
3. Proactive in customer engagement and traffic stopping.
4. Fluency in Dutch and English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, with a preference for cosmetics experience.

Part-time position with a work schedule on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
