- Achieve and track individual sales targets by engaging with customers and performing brow treatments, including tinting, waxing, and shaping.
- Demonstrate and sell Benefit products using the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales formula.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues.
- Participate in counter events, including new product launches and parties.
- Communicate inventory needs for treatments and sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in cosmetics.
- Passion for cosmetics and brows with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities.
- Proactive in customer engagement and traffic stopping.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, with a preference for cosmetics experience.
Part-time position with a work schedule on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
