1. Demonstrate and sell Benefit products while performing brow treatments such as tinting, waxing, and shaping.
2. Achieve and track individual sales targets by engaging with customers and executing brow treatments.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues at Douglas.
4. Participate in counter events, including new product launches and parties.
5. Communicate stock needs for treatments and sales.
6. Ensure the counter and displays are consistently clean and hygienic.

1. Experience in retail and/or customer service, preferably in cosmetics.
2. Passion for cosmetics, particularly brows, with a natural inclination for sales.
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities.
4. Proactive approach to customer engagement and 'traffic stopping'.
5. Enthusiastic and fun-loving personality.
