1. Demonstrate and sell Benefit products while performing brow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping.
2. Achieve and track individual sales goals by engaging with customers and demonstrating products according to the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales formula.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues at Douglas.
4. Participate in counter events, including new product releases and parties.
5. Communicate stock needs for treatments and sales.
6. Ensure the counter and displays are always clean and hygienic.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the cosmetics industry.

1. Passion for cosmetics, particularly brows, with a strong sales orientation.
2. Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
3. Proactive and confident in approaching customers and engaging in 'traffic stopping'.
4. Fluent in Dutch and English.

A minimum of three years in retail or customer service, ideally within the cosmetics sector.

Part-time position with workdays on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.
