1. Demonstrate and sell Benefit Cosmetics products, focusing on achieving individual sales targets.
2. Perform brow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues at Douglas.
4. Participate in counter events, including new product launches and promotional parties.
5. Communicate stock needs for treatments and sales.
6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in cosmetics.

1. Passionate about cosmetics and brows with a strong sales orientation.
2. Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
3. Proactive in customer engagement and skilled in traffic stopping.
4. Enthusiastic and fun-loving personality.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably with cosmetics.
