1. Demonstrate and sell Benefit Cosmetics products, focusing on achieving individual sales targets.
2. Perform brow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping to enhance customer experience.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues at Douglas.
4. Participate in counter events, including new product launches and promotional parties.
5. Communicate stock needs for treatments and sales.
6. Ensure the counter and displays are consistently clean and hygienic.

1. Experience in retail and/or customer service, preferably in cosmetics.
2. Passion for cosmetics and brows with a strong sales orientation.
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities.
4. Proactive in engaging with customers and adept at 'traffic stopping'.
5. Enthusiastic and fun-loving personality.

Flexible working hours ranging from 15 to 37.5 hours per week, with the opportunity to work all days.
