1. Provide exceptional customer service by advising clients with a smile, promoting and selling Benefit products, and enhancing the product display at the counter.

3. Schedule appointments, manage product orders, report key sales and inventory figures, and liaise with retail partners such as Douglas.

1. Passion for makeup with experience as a makeup artist, hairdresser, or similar professional background; career changers are welcome.
2. Proficiency in using computers and an interest in new digital trends.
3. Fluency in German with additional language skills, preferably English.

The position offers a minimum collective agreement salary ranging from €2,195 to €2,275 gross per month for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for higher compensation based on qualifications.
