1. Provide exceptional customer service by advising clients with a smile, selling products, and showcasing the Benefit range effectively at the counter.
2. Specialize in eyebrows, lashes, and makeup, using empathy and aesthetic sense to help clients achieve their desired look.
3. Schedule appointments, reorder products, report key sales and inventory figures, and network with retail partners such as Douglas.
4. Engage in creative counter design and merchandising to enhance the customer experience.

1. Passion for makeup with experience as a makeup artist, hairdresser, or similar background; career changers are welcome.
2. Proficiency in using computers and enthusiasm for new digital trends.
3. Fluency in German with additional language skills, preferably English.
4. Independent personality with an open and friendly demeanor, enjoying interaction with people.

Beginner level experience in makeup artistry or a related field is preferred.

A minimum collective agreement salary of €2,195 to €2,275 gross per month for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for overpayment based on qualifications.
