1. Provide expert beauty consultations with a focus on customer satisfaction and product sales.
2. Promote and enhance the visibility of Benefit Cosmetics' product range at the counter.
3. Offer personalized beauty solutions, specializing in eyebrows, lashes, and makeup application.
4. Schedule appointments, manage product inventory, and liaise with retail partners such as Douglas.
5. Engage in creative merchandising and counter design to attract and retain customer interest.

1. Passion for makeup and beauty products.
2. Experience as a makeup artist, hairdresser, or similar role is preferred.
3. Open to career changers with a strong interest in the beauty industry.

1. Proficiency in German with additional language skills, particularly in English, being advantageous.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently with a proactive and friendly demeanor.
4. Comfortable with digital tools and trends.

Open to entry-level candidates with a passion for beauty and customer service.

A minimum salary of €2,195 to €2,275 gross per month for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for higher compensation based on qualifications.
