Benefit Cosmetics is a global eyebrow‑centric cosmetics brand operating within LVMH's Perfumes & Cosmetics group. 1. Provide personalised client consultations to recommend Benefit products and brow services.
2. Deliver professional eyebrow shaping and facial hair removal services according to brand techniques and hygiene standards.
3. Achieve and contribute to the sales and performance targets of the Brow Bar / point of sale.
4. Manage Brow Bar stock levels and perform inventory control to ensure product availability.
5. Execute merchandising, visual standards and POS guidelines supplied by the Marketing team.
6. Create a positive, brand‑centric experience that communicates Benefit’s personality and drives client loyalty.
7. Foster constructive relationships with the store team and store management.
8. Monitor market and competitor activity, including special promotions and product launches, to remain informed and proactive.

1. Vocational or formal training in Aesthetics, Makeup or Personal Image.
2. Minimum 3 years' professional experience in cosmetics or perfumery retail (customer‑facing sales roles).
3. Practical experience in eyebrow waxing/shaping is strongly desirable.
4. Availability to start immediately and to work a full‑time on‑site schedule.
5. Intermediate level of English is desirable.
6. Demonstrable client orientation, results focus, attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
