- Provide expert advice on Benefit products to drive sales.
- Achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
- Perform eyebrow and facial waxing services with excellence.
- Manage Brow Bar inventory to ensure product availability.
- Inspire clients with a passion for the brand.
- Maintain the Brow Bar's appearance according to marketing guidelines.
- Foster positive relationships with store team and management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Training in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.
- Minimum of one year experience in cosmetic or perfumery sales, with eyebrow waxing experience preferred.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Immediate and full availability.
