Benefit Cosmetics Beauty Consultant (Seasonal)

1. Deliver personalised, high-quality consultations and brow/makeup services at the Brow Bar to convert clients and drive repeat business.
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets through product recommendations and promotional activity.
3. Manage Brow Bar stock accurately to ensure product availability and optimal service levels.
4. Implement visual merchandising and on-floor marketing directives (shelves, POS, displays) to maintain brand standards.
5. Communicate brand passion and product knowledge to every client, creating a memorable retail experience.
6. Collaborate positively with store management and the retail team to sustain a professional, service-oriented environment.

1. Vocational training or certification in aesthetics, makeup artistry or personal image.
2. Proven commercial aptitude in cosmetics retail or beauty services.
3. Advanced English language proficiency.

Minimum 3 years' professional experience in cosmetics retail, beauty consultation or salon/Brow Bar services; demonstrable track record meeting sales targets is preferred.

Certificate or diploma in Aesthetics, Makeup Artistry, Cosmetology or equivalent vocational training.
