1. Provide expert advice and sell Benefit products to achieve sales targets.
2. Perform and promote brow and facial waxing services.
3. Enhance customer loyalty and brand awareness.
4. Maintain brand image according to marketing guidelines, including merchandising and personal appearance.
5. Foster positive relationships with store management.
6. Monitor competitor activities and new product launches.
7. Manage stock levels and place bi-weekly product orders.

1. Desirable qualification in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.

1. In-depth knowledge of Benefit products.
2. Strong sales and customer service skills.
3. Ability to maintain brand image and merchandising standards.
4. Proficiency in English is desirable.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 1 year of retail experience in the perfumery and cosmetics sector, with waxing experience preferred.
