1. Thoroughly understand Benefit products to provide expert sales advice.
2. Achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
3. Perform brow and facial waxing services with excellence.
4. Manage Brow Bar stock efficiently to ensure product availability.
5. Inspire and transmit passion for the brand to each customer.
6. Maintain the Brow Bar's appearance according to marketing guidelines, including merchandising and point-of-sale displays.
7. Foster strong relationships with the store team and management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

1. Training in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.
2. Minimum of one year of experience in cosmetics or perfumery sales, with brow waxing experience preferred.
3. Intermediate to advanced level of English.
4. Immediate availability.

1. Strong sales and customer service skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Attention to detail in product presentation and service delivery.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
5. Proficiency in managing inventory and stock.
6. Keen awareness of beauty industry trends.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry.

Training in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
