1. Provide expert knowledge of Benefit products to advise and drive sales.
2. Achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
3. Perform eyebrow and facial waxing services with excellence.
4. Manage Brow Bar inventory to ensure product availability.
5. Inspire and convey passion for the brand to every client.
6. Maintain the Brow Bar's visual standards in line with marketing guidelines.
7. Foster strong relationships with the store team and management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

1. Training in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.
2. Minimum one year of experience in cosmetic or perfumery sales, with eyebrow waxing experience preferred.
3. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
4. Immediate availability to work 20 hours per week.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
