1. Thoroughly understand Benefit products to provide expert sales advice.
2. Achieve sales targets for the store.
3. Perform brow and facial waxing services with precision.
4. Efficiently manage stock levels at the Brow Bar to ensure continuous availability.
5. Convey and share enthusiasm for the brand with every customer.
6. Maintain the Brow Bar's appearance in line with marketing guidelines (layouts, merchandising, point-of-sale).
7. Cultivate excellent relationships with team members and store management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain expertise in beauty.

1. Education in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.
2. At least one year of experience in cosmetic or perfume sales; experience in brow waxing is advantageous.
3. Intermediate to high proficiency in English.
4. Immediate and full availability.

4. Ability to maintain a luxurious and inviting retail environment.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the beauty or luxury retail industry.

Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
