1. Thoroughly understand Benefit products to provide expert sales advice.
2. Achieve sales targets for the store.
3. Perform eyebrow and facial waxing services with excellence.
4. Manage stock at the Brow Bar to ensure optimal product availability.
5. Share and convey passion for the brand with every customer.
6. Maintain the Brow Bar's aesthetic appeal in line with marketing guidelines.
7. Cultivate strong relationships with team members and store management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

1. Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
2. Minimum of one year of experience in cosmetic or perfume sales; experience in eyebrow waxing is advantageous.
3. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
4. Immediate and full availability.

1. Strong sales acumen and customer service skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in beauty treatments, particularly eyebrow services.
4. Ability to manage inventory effectively.
5. Knowledge of current beauty trends and competitor offerings.

Minimum of three years in a related field, with a focus on cosmetics or beauty services.

Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
