1. Thoroughly understand Benefit products to provide expert sales advice.
2. Achieve store sales targets.
3. Perform eyebrow and facial waxing services with precision.
4. Efficiently manage stock levels at the Brow Bar to ensure continuous availability.
5. Share and convey the brand's passion to each customer.
6. Maintain the Brow Bar's appearance according to marketing guidelines, including layouts and merchandising.
7. Foster excellent relationships with team members and store management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain expertise.

1. Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
2. Minimum one year of experience in cosmetics or perfume sales; experience in eyebrow waxing is advantageous.
3. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
4. Immediate and full availability.

2. Proficiency in beauty treatments, particularly eyebrow services.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
