1. Thoroughly understand Benefit products to provide sales advice.
2. Achieve sales targets for the store.
3. Manage stock at the Brow Bar to ensure availability.
4. Share passion for the brand with each customer.
5. Maintain the Brow Bar's appearance according to marketing guidelines.
6. Cultivate strong relationships with team members and store management.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

1. Strong retail and customer service experience, preferably in cosmetics.
2. Passion for cosmetics and brows with a strong sales orientation.
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
4. Proactive in approaching customers and driving sales.
5. Intermediate to high proficiency in English.
6. Full and immediate availability.
