2. Achieve store sales targets.
3. Efficiently manage stock levels at the Brow Bar.
4. Share enthusiasm for the brand with every customer.
5. Maintain the Brow Bar's appearance according to marketing guidelines.
6. Foster strong relationships with team members and store management.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

1. Strong retail and customer service experience, preferably in cosmetics.
2. Passion for cosmetics and sales-driven mindset.
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
4. Proactive in engaging with customers.
5. Intermediate to high proficiency in English.
6. Immediate and full availability.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail and customer service, with a preference for those with a background in cosmetics.
