Benefit Cosmetics Beauty Consultant

1. Deliver personalised, luxury-level consultations and brow/makeup services at the Brow Bar to drive client satisfaction and repeat business.
2. Achieve and exceed point-of-sale targets through proactive selling and conversion of traffic into purchases.
3. Manage Brow Bar stock and supplies accurately to ensure service continuity and minimise shrinkage.
4. Implement brand merchandising and visual guidelines (shelf layout, in-store displays, POS) to preserve brand image and campaign integrity.
5. Communicate Brand passion and product knowledge to clients, cultivating strong customer relationships.
6. Collaborate closely with store management and the retail team to maintain a positive, high-performance environment.

1. Vocational training or diploma in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
2. Minimum three years' relevant experience in cosmetics retail, perfumery or beauty services (Brow Bar experience desirable).
3. Advanced English proficiency.
4. Availability to start in May and work a 36-hour weekly schedule for the summer campaign.

Certificate, diploma or equivalent vocational training in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
