1. Provide expert knowledge of Benefit products to advise and drive sales.
2. Achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
3. Perform eyebrow and facial waxing services with excellence.
4. Manage Brow Bar stock efficiently to ensure product availability.
5. Inspire and convey passion for the brand to every customer.
6. Maintain the Brow Bar's appearance in line with marketing guidelines.
7. Foster excellent relationships with store management and team members.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

1. Training in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
2. Minimum one year of experience in cosmetics or perfumery sales; experience in eyebrow waxing is a plus.
3. Intermediate level of English is desirable.
4. Availability for a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week.
