1. Create a passionate customer service environment.
2. Train and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service.
3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, both individual and team.
4. Maintain sales objectives.
5. Develop strategies for business growth.

7. Sell Benefit products.
8. Organize and manage events.
9. Develop the client portfolio.
10. Manage inventory.

1. Desirable qualification in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.
2. Minimum one year of sales experience in the perfumery and cosmetics sector.
3. Valuable experience in airport retail.
4. High level of English proficiency.
5. Full availability to work from April to October.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry.

Desirable qualification in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.
