1. Thoroughly understand Benefit products to provide expert sales advice.
2. Achieve sales targets for the store.
3. Perform eyebrow and facial hair removal services.
4. Expertly manage stock at the Brow Bar to ensure consistent availability.
5. Share and convey passion for the brand with each customer.
6. Maintain the Brow Bar's appearance in line with marketing guidelines, including layouts and merchandising.
7. Cultivate excellent relationships with team members and store management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain beauty expertise.

1. Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
2. Minimum one year of experience in cosmetics or perfume sales; experience in eyebrow waxing is advantageous.
3. Intermediate to high proficiency in English.
4. Immediate and full availability.
